Terms and Conditions – Nintendo Switch Competition at the National Franchise Show

By entering the competition (“Competition”) to win a Nintendo Switch at the National Franchise Show (“Event”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Eligibility

1.1 The Competition is open to individuals aged 18 or over who are residents of the UK.
1.2 Employees, agents, or representatives of Kall Kwik and their immediate families are not eligible to enter.
1.3 Participants must attend the National Franchise Show and complete the quiz on the designated iPad at the Kall Kwik stand.

2. How to Enter

2.1 To enter the Competition, participants must:

• Visit the Kall Kwik stand at the National Franchise Show;
• Complete the short quiz on franchising, print and design services, and Kall Kwik;
• Submit their name, email address, and any other requested details via the entry form.

2.2 Each completed quiz counts as one (1) entry into the prize draw.
2.3 The entry period will open on 3rd October and close on 4th October 2025. Entries submitted after this period will not be valid.
2.4 No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition.

3. Prize

3.1 One (1) winner will receive one Nintendo Switch console (“Prize”).
3.2 The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives.
3.3 Kall Kwik reserves the right to substitute the Prize with another of equal or greater value if the advertised Prize becomes unavailable.

4. Winner Selection and Notification

4.1 The winner will be chosen at random from all eligible entries received during the Competition period.
4.2 The draw will take place on 6th October 2025, and the winner will be notified via the email address provided on their entry form.
4.3 If the winner does not respond within 7 days of notification, or is unable to accept the Prize, an alternate winner may be selected.
4.4 Kall Kwik reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms and Conditions or attempts to tamper with the entry process.

5. Personal Data

5.1 By entering the Competition, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data for the purpose of administering the Competition and for marketing communications related to Kall Kwik.
5.2 You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe link in emails or contacting Kall Kwik directly.

6. Liability

6.1 Kall Kwik will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury incurred as a result of participation in the Competition or acceptance of the Prize.
6.2 Kall Kwik is not responsible for incomplete, lost, or delayed entries, or for technical failures or other circumstances beyond its control.

7. General Terms

7.1 Kall Kwik reserves the right to amend, suspend, or cancel the Competition if circumstances arise outside of its control.
7.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
7.3 By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
