Terms and Conditions for MetaQuest 3 Competition at the International Franchise Show 

By entering the competition (“Competition”) to win a MetaQuest 3 at the International Franchise Show (“Event”), you agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully. 

1. Eligibility 

1.1 The Competition is open to individuals who are 18 years or older and who are residents of UK. 

1.2 Employees, agents, or representatives of XplorerGroup and their immediate families are not eligible to enter the Competition. 

1.3 Participants must attend the International Franchise Show and complete the entry process by scanning the designated QR code and submitting the requested information. 

2. How to Enter 

2.1 To enter the Competition, participants must: 

• Visit the International Franchise Show  

• Scan the QR code displayed at the Event. 

• Submit the required personal information, including name, email address, and any other requested details, through the online form linked via the QR code. 

2.2 The entry period will begin on 11^th April and end on 12^th April. Any entries received after this period will not be valid. 

2.3 No purchase is necessary to enter the Competition. 

3. Prize 

3.1 One (1) winner will receive one MetaQuest 3 headset (“Prize”). 

3.2 The Prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash or any other alternatives. 

3.3 XplorerGroup reserves the right to substitute the Prize with one of equal or greater value in the event the Prize becomes unavailable for any reason. 

4. Winner Selection and Notification 

4.1 The winner will be selected through a random drawing from all eligible entries received during the Competition period. 

4.2 The drawing will take place on 14^th April, and the winner will be notified via the email address provided on their entry form. 

4.3 If the winner does not respond within 7 days of being notified, or if the winner is unable to accept the Prize, an alternate winner will be selected. 

4.4 XplorerGroup reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who does not comply with these terms and conditions or who attempts to tamper with the entry process. 

5. Personal Data 

5.1 By entering the Competition, you consent to the collection, storage, and processing of your personal information for the purpose of administering the Competition and for marketing purposes related to the Event and future promotions by XplorerGroup. 

5.2 You may be contacted via email for the purposes of notifying you of the Prize and future promotional offers. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time by following the unsubscribe instructions provided in the email. 

6. Liability 

6.1 XplorerGroup will not be liable for any loss, damage, or injury that occurs as a result of participating in the Competition or accepting the Prize. 

6.2 XplorerGroup does not take responsibility for lost, incomplete, or incorrectly submitted entries or entries that are delayed or fail due to technical issues or other circumstances beyond its control. 

7. General Terms 

7.1 XplorerGroup reserves the right to modify or cancel the Competition if unforeseen circumstances arise. 

7.2 These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of UK and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of UK. 

7.3 By entering the Competition, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If any provision is found to be invalid, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
